The upcoming Indian Premier League would be known for the injuries of the players even before the start of the tournament and because of which they are forced to withdraw from the 10th edition of the Indian Premier League.
The first major blow was struck to the Delhi Daredevil when its start player J P Duminy was ruled from the Indian Premier League 2017. Even though he has not been injured but he has pulled from the IPL 2017 because of some personal reasons. However the spokesperson of Delhi Daredevils did not confirm the actual reason behind the withdrawal of J P Duminy but Cricket South Africa has had a very busy cricket season which will continue till Champions Trophy.
J P Duminy was Bought by the franchise
Delhi Daredevils team management were just looking out for the option who would replace the J P Duminy in the mean time another major blow shook the DD. Wicket Keeper - Batsman Quinton De kock injured his right index finger in the test match series against New Zealand. Although he had been declare fit to play Hamilton test again New Zealand but has been ruled out of the IPL 2017.
However in his absence Sanju Samson have to play the crucial role as a Wicket keeper - Batsman. Sanju Samson who played for the Rajasthan Royals till IPL 8 had been bought by the Delhi Daredevils last year but not been able to made same impact which he had while in RR.

opening matches of the RCB in the current edition of the IPL. Last month in
test match between India and Australia he injured his right shoulder while
saving the boundary in Ranchi and which forced him to left the field in between
the match. He had also missed the final test between India and Australia at
Dharamshala, Himanchal Pradesh and also confirmed his unavailability for the
opening matches of the IPL 2017.

Gavasker trophy has also been ruled out from the IPL 2017. After the injury of
Virat Kholi, K L Rahul injury has been proved as a major cause of shock for the
RCB. According to the news K L Rahul soon would fly to the London to undergo
surgery on his left shoulder.
K L Rahul was in tremendous form in the Test series between
India and Australia and he scored 6 half centuries out of his 7 innings and
also hit the winning run in the final test match between the India and
Australia.
